About the Job: Are you passionate about real estate sales and driven by the thrill of closing deals? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth for our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, showcasing properties to potential buyers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals to identify and engage potential clients. Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and target markets. Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients and provide them with comprehensive information about available properties. Property Presentations and Viewings: Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their needs. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Ensure that clients receive accurate and detailed information about properties to aid in their decision-making process. Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate sales terms, including price, financing options, and contract terms, to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements to clients in a professional manner. Collaborate with lawyers, financial institutions, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Follow up with clients post-sale to address any concerns and secure referrals for future business opportunities. Market Knowledge and Reporting: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, property viewings, and sales closures. Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market conditions and client preferences.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Minimum 2 Year Experience require

Basic Salary:

3.00 Lacs – 4.80 lacs

(Additional Incentive as per Target Achieved)

Note: Candidate from Central Mumbai and South Mumbai is Preferable

Travelling overall mumbai is required.
